It’s very important to us that you receive the support you need to take advantage of the information in this course. That’s why we set up a number of resources you can access 24 hours a day with questions, problems, and other requests.

Common Questions

Password issues: Your login name is the email you used to purchase with, and your password is your receipt number. Individual products have individual receipt numbers, so if you've purchased more than one, you will have a different receipt/password for each product.

Videos loading slowly: Make sure your browser and Flash player are up to date. If videos load slowly, hit play then hit pause while it loads, then hit play again. You may also want to try logging in with a different browser. (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer)
